Possibly, but whoever gets to the final aren't exactly poor players anyway, will be hard to call to be honest!

plus if you think about it, power is the longest type so naturally it should be less frames than the rest unless the others are one as well.

9 carom is an odd number? . Mind you as I have etarvt that isnt the best idea haha.

Even though the decision has been made, does extending the final a) not go against the rules set out at the start. and b) defeat the point of it being a 'cup' where surprises and the chance of an 'upset' are what makes it so attractive? Just my thoughts...

Agree with ededed here. Unless both finalist agree to the change it shouldn't really have been changed so rapidly.
