I was trying to post a fair reflection of the game and give opponent more credit in light of recent criticism . 3-0 looks like a drubbing but it was far from it .

Arcade: He broke and cleared for a nice 83. Made it interesting with two reds left, but at that point I would have already needed snookers.
Regular: He potted a long first red, but left the cue ball touching with the black. Then I got a shot and hit an 87.

Was a messy affair for the most. Neither of us played well. He took the arcade and I took the reg(1 half for me) the orig and the carom.

I'm a mathematician, I read brackets first, not based on their position in the text and it made no sense .

An interesting battle, both had good and bad luck. Both missed chances we shouldn't have, made for a great match.

Unbelievable stuff. He's rubbish, every shot was lucky and every shot I played was unbelievably unlucky. Put it this way it was like watching your nan play during her best bingo run of all time.
