20pts for first
16pts for 2nd
12pts for 3rd
10pts for 4th
5pts for 5th to 8th
2pts for 9th to 16th
Final stage:
40pts for 1st
32pts for 2nd
24pts for 3rd
20pts for 4th
10pts for 5th to 8th
4pts for 9th to 16th

so for instance:
whocares8x8 places 1st in orig tourney
damee places 2nd in orig tourney
virt_slayer places 3rd in orig tourney
arpeggi places 4th in orig tourney

the clan leaderboard would look a little like this :
1st) Dollars and cents-------30 points
2nd)Funky snooker elites---16points
3rd)globe potters--------------14 points

All rounds before round of 16 will be race to one.
there will be an individual leaderboard for the entries.
playin for virtual cash(prize funds etc) to spruse it up.
Golden cue will be awarded to the player that has hit the most centuries and 10+ runs.
For the players at the end of tourney i will announce World Champion and you can have seeds in the real league (if it makes it :D )

i was trying to confirm the rules with the creater of this event as i dont think a player from a different clan is able to play for UT lol

You must only use players in your actual clan, no loanees allowed for instances gin_dog is actually an UT. And cymmer this as a trial run, if this succeeds then dgen and seb will take this over next season under clan league management and dgen will probs make this on pool. as for if you wish to do it unofficially, then be my guest
