Run to the gym, then go to the counter and ask for your money back. Then run back.

HAHA!
Nah I walk like 6 miles a day anyways but with drinking and eating alot of crap just want to get back into shape really
And it's a 24 hour gym so suites my job down to a tee, £10 a month for unlimited use so can't complain at that either.

Just finished my new workout method, it's called circuit training.
My usual workout is swimming or run 5km twice a week and then split exercise with weights into three categories... A. biceps /chest, B. triceps /back, C. shoulders /legs and doing the abdominals in between, about 800-1,000 abs per week.
But this time I did this circuit training thing, my m8 introduced me to it, it's working all body parts in one training session without stop, one after the other. Not sure if it's good for me yet, just finished it and feel rejuvenated, strange little workout method it was. it's weight exercise but feels more like aerobic exercise. Looks like it's best for endurance rather than muscle build. Dunno if I can combine it with the standard resistance program.
Tbh I put much lighter weights than usual for the circuit training, yet it was very strenuous. Anyone have any experience with circuit training?

I love going to the gym, it's great! Awesome if you're stressed out and just want to let the rage out (You can do that in other ways too but this is a family site)>< And you're right Lee, you don't need to go to the gym to lose weight, just eat a balanced died, oh and don't be a couch potato ;D
