how come when someone is being abusive and is a member and i try to send a complaint i never can because it says that player is no longer online ?

You should still be able to send the complaint after the user has logged out, unless it's a guest then i don't think you can.

Has this changed recently ? I have definitely used it - there is a certain person who has made an account, come online abused me (several times). Then signed out and deactivated but I have still sent the chatlog to admin and I know they have received it.

When it says they are no longer online, have you still pressed send a complaint ?


PS this should definitely be in Game Queries - not Gen Chat as it won't get the attention it deserves down here - ask a mod or admin if they could move it.
