Current season finishes in just over 5 weeks. Then usually about 2 weeks off, then the next one starts.
So you're roughly looking at middle to late October...

i think 19 is too many tbh some people might be unhappy with the lack of games they are playing so im not sure but it would be wise to drop a few unactive members

19 is ok ..if someone is inactive then you just drop them off the list...its easy.

Better to have 19 than say 8 odd like the Globe Potters .

You will soon see who stays , plays and is hardcore ..the clan is only a few weeks old after all.
