Hello, i accidently deactivated instead of resetting my stats, and when i reactivated my premium has gone, this has never happened before and i dont know how to get it back, or whether i can ?

'It's never happend before' means you must do it frequently

I don't believe you tried to reset your stats and accidentally deactivated for one. As fuunky points out, it is made very clear you are deactivating.

I think losing premium should come as a penalty for deactivating anyway.

According to the forum from your account posts you got camtol--whatever deacted for you could get a old account back which be i.am.champ.
It seems you do not seem very satisfied.

You have to type in a password you deactivate and as fuuny says can you not read?

Yeah i agree jay, can't see why people constantly deactivate and reactivate again anyway, it's ridiculous.

It's obvious he wasn't trying to reset cause his stats are still there now, and that wouldn't be possible to do it accidently anyway unless you couldn't read.

I doubt he has spend £40 on four accounts, i am sure when he makes a new one they will just transfer it to his new un'.

yep nick will most likely transfer to his new one, if it becomes a occasional offence then maybe not but we will see.
