She doesn't own the rights to Smells Like Teen Spirit. The Admin (Jon Morter, who ran the Rage campaign in 2009) already checked that out weeks ago. The rights are split 50% Francis Bean Cobain (Kurt's daughter), 25% Grohl and 25% Novoselic

fair enough. I just don't see the point of why people are wanting Nirvana at number one for xmas? Is it something to do with the 20 year anniversary? Or just too beat the x factor; Which is been well beaten by the military wifes choir..

It's mostly to try and get a good song to number 1

It's also supporting children's charity Rhythmix (The ones X Factor tried to bully after they complained about a name clash with the X Factor's girl band)
