Definition:
To plan, organize, direct and control payments;
To provide technical expertise and assistance in the proper care; To ensure compliance with payment processing program;
To perform other duties relative to assigned area of responsibility. Ability to:
o Check e-mail several times a day;
o Develop schedules to accomplish the goals.
