A little bashed up after rugby, well.. when I say a little bashed up.. I've broke my nose! literally, I've just started getting fitness after my broken leg, then I go and play rugby, get a nice boot to the face in a ruck, blood everywhere, and I come off with a broken nose :L some one doesn't like me up there!

Ahhh I remember rugby like it was yesterday, had a few breaks and dislocations myself
