anyways did my army fitness only bad thing was i had a rough night before, was throwing up till 3am in the morning no food or anything, but i just went to show im commited did my best

wet on a 14 mile bike ride to trent lock so i thought ill treat myself to a macdonalds, then i treated myself to a night round town with a kebab, do think the 14mile ride cancels out all the bad things?

was abit worse for wear last night :P

There is a screen on the dashboard, it tells you when to change gears and also when you need petrol lol
