I think a system could be added where if one player doesn't get the cue ball at least within a certain number of pixels of any target ball, it gives the opponent the option of resetting the shot? That would at least get rid of those who just push out (in most cases).

i know its childs play but why not implement nominating a red (if snookered) or when on a colour (pocket doesn't have to be nominated).

from the snooker if your not within 4 cue ball widths away it gives you option of putting them back or taking it from there? (2 cue ball widths or closer = no miss called).

I don't think nick will ever implement nominating, since it complicates the game a lot.
