Really do not know why you keep mentioning this when it has nothing to do with you. There is no official rule stating this anyway.

Would be interesting to have this in the game to be honest! But you'd have to have 2 separate tables for max break if you ask me, one for max break without free ball and one with it. This way, adding the free ball couldn't wipe the users who have spent years hitting all the maximums only to be able to beat it with a 3 min break.
