Would be good to be able to add / place your spin on the white ball once you have taken a shot! Instead of waiting for all the balls to stop moving! .

Once i have taken i shot i usually have the other ball im aiming for lined up before the balls have stopped this would be more fun as this would enable players to pot quicker especially in a hurry or just like playing a quick game.

The idea of funkysnooker is to make it as realistic as possible to the real game. Modifying the spin or movement of the cue ball after hitting it would not be realistic.

No, he wants to be able to set the spin for the next shot already while the balls are still moving, so that he doesn't have to wait for the balls to stop moving, then set spin, then shoot.

not exactly needed really tho, unless you play 5sec games but thats a choice anyway

or why not do that free ball thing that i dont understand,or have to nominate a colour when snookered or chalk the cues! that would be realistic

not sure if nick can do those or not, all these ideas are good but you have to remember nick has to code all this (if i am wrong ill gladly accept defeat ) and only so much code can do

im not bothered,but people are saying the game should be realistic,thats all maybe getting the rules realistic 1st before messing about with spin ideas

Well.. the best way to get the most realistic version is to get up off your chair, turn your computer off, go to your local snooker hall, and play for real... there's where you can do all of these

prob the same for alot of people who play quick,like me but thats not realistic,you dont see stephen hendry already spinning the ball before he takes his next shot

We all have different ideas about what is realistic. Is potting endless yellows, greens and browns from the opposite end of the table realistic?..not really..but I actually think this would be a good idea. It changes external gameplay..nothing will change on the table. It is better for quicker players and will do no harm to slower ones.

Actually I think stephen hendry knows exactly how much spin hes going to play before the balls have stopped.

I'm sure we have all seen ronny foul before back when he was 16, getting impatient with the balls taking so god damn long to stop, or when the ref takes way too long to spot a colour. In my eyes these were the moments that made him the hero he is today.

Idea is hold right mouse button while hovering anywhere over the table and the spin dot should move on the white ball as the mouse moves.

I like having the right button for shooting as well. My left button broke a while ago and I had to use the right one .
