As recently I have seen efforts being made to use double entendre in post titles I have tried my best I was wondering whether anyone has been experiencing any problems with the table (arcade). I understand this has always been a hotly contested issue (especially with updates to the site) and I generally believe it works 99.9% right. I do think the middle pockets are a little bit dodgy, sometimes I even think I have hit an "imaginary jaw". Perhaps this is my mind playing tricks? I don't use it as an excuse for losing, in case I am wrong..The table does seem to have settled down in recent times though as updates have become widely accepted. Just interested in thoughts?

A year or so ago, on this account, I used to always play Arcade, and my rank was something like 922, but when the new table changes were made, it just ruined the game for me.. I don't enjoy it any more and I've only played a few times since.

It's not only the jaws for me, but the cloth, the sound effects, the ball drop animation... It all for whatever reason puts me off playing.

Were the balls bigger and table smaller on Arcade before the changes? I can't remember? These were the times when balls used to dissapear once pocketed!

to be quite honest the game mat have changed a bit over the years and i can notice as i have been playing the game for 3 years now, but it doesn't stop me, u just have to adapt to the new updates it really doesn't take that long tbh.

Biggest change for gameplay over the last year or so was when the pockets were made uniform. This changed the size for some of the pockets, with many people (including me) thinking they became a bit tighter. But they are playable- just a bit more difficult.

It's only on cushion shots that I have noticed they have become noticably tighter.

the updates have made it a better looking game. I think most players on here would say they have adapted to the changes without effecting scoring, safety etc. Just wonder whether pockets will remain unchanged for some time now..
