Go through control panel into your current programs and uninstall any java versions you have there. Then go back and install the latest one.

Iv tried everything, just doesn't work, spinner or nick are clueless to so i doubt ill be able to play again on here untill i get a new pc and its not on the top of things to get so it's going to be a while

try a system restore to an earlier point that you could log on and play. If not go to java and install all updates for it. or could be a firewall blocking it from opening!

None of the above works just tried it, apart from the system restore because it doesn't go back far enough, only 4 days.

Anybody know how to put it back to factory settings?

Curtis, I would do factory restore (im guessing it will be in control panel somewhere..or try Help and Support) and try from there.

Curt personally unless you have a built in recovery system I would get a windows disk and reload windows to your computer.
