Good Morning ppl,

Can I start by saying that I'm pretty shocked by the types of posts put on this thread last night by both clan and non-clan members. To be frank, the number of posts edited by mods (due to the use of bad language by members) is not only embarrassing but a complete let down to everyone associated with the 'Sopranos' Clan.

Going back a month ago, I agreed help out in running this clan from Zac (aka ice-breaker). I've run 3 clans in the past and have done damn good jobs in every instance. The key to running any clan on here is down to having the right ppl in your clan (gr8 personalities, honest, reliable and trustworthy individuals). My aim in taking over is to get to this stage and get all the right things in place to make us a credit to the clan league.

Last night has shown how too many cooks (and all that) can seriously mess things up within a clan. When ppl wind others up and cause conflict then this is exactly the type of situation which can come about (ppl leave, existing clan members are unhappy and unsure about the direction of the team etc etc.).

I haven't put in all the work in recent weeks for nothing and have told Zac this morning that things MUST CHANGE NOW

So, here's what's happening:

1) I am heading the team with immediate effect (CPT), Zac will work jointly with me.
2) I will issue another teamsheet to confirm who's in and who's out.
3) I will get back ppl that left (end of).

Good luck chris , apologies to yourself mate , I never wanted any of this to happen , but things out of our control as vice only, led to serious problems that should never had of occurred . I'm absolutely disgusted with the way ive been treated , after putting in hours upon hours of work to have it thrown in my face , chris , you know me, this was not caused by me , this was caused by no communication , poor choices and big headedness , it's a shame , but the choices made have led to the demise of this clan ,

I have apologised to him , but I feel that most posts in defence of myself and the clan were justified from in clan and others

I dont actually see what you have against force lol.. all he has done is make new accounts etc.. so what ??????

he hasn't killed someone has he IMO, hes not commited such a crime where no one wants to be near him.. what the hell are you all doing.. you'd think hes on a prison run for murder and no one wants to be near him..

This is a clan thats slowly building up to be a stable clan.. dont let ONE player ruin it.. sort your act out, blend together, and work your backsides off to make it a successful clan.. done

Ok, as staff have said by myself and adam already can we please have no more arguing...

Any problems with removed posts please use contact us, staff will remove any post that we see to be breaking forum rules.

Anymore and this thread will be capped.

it's simple !

We draw a line in the sand, and carryon as we were (prior to last night's sorry episode). If you have the right ppl in your clan the rest comes together (you shouldn't have to try to make things work, they should do naturally).

Just to make it perfectly clear, the following are not allowed on the forum:

1. Discussing why posts are removed or complaining about removed posts.
2. Naming and shaming other members.

I do not wish to cap the thread as all the removed posts are from players not in this clan, but if this carries on the thread will be capped as Budweiser said. Please note, I will make sure that members attempting to get another clan's thread capped will be banned from the league.

Coolwater, as we have known each other for a while now, we both ran a clan together.. if you want any help, ill happily put 100% effort into helping this clan.. without fail

what was wrong with my post, I didn't mention post removals or name and shame, I just pointed out that people where being bias, or are we not allowed to tell the truth anymore??
