I have made a clan picture using paint and another software, its currently saved into paint finalized, but its to big to upload, I have tried to change the size on paint but it cuts half of my picture off...

anyone?

you can upload to tinypic and can resize it there make sure its saved as .jpg so for example haste.jpg.

usually people make clan pics bigger than normal and use tinypic to resize them
