regarding subs i just checked website and except for swaps it doesn't say who can do subs but naturally only the captain and vice should be doing subs.

captain and vice captains should be working together and communicating together about each thing clan wise (e.g. subs, teamlists etc).

Craig is within his rights to ask for a sub just like you are within your rights to refuse or cancel subs whenever but if anyone feels match fixing is going on talk to the league runners privately instead of using clan threads.
