It wasnt your choice to remove him? So what? You mean ive made the wrong choice? It wasnt my choice to remove frielink, i even begged you to give him an extra while but you said no. He was our best player. Neil had been offline for 7 days and NOT because he had a trip to london or so, but due to his work. Thats why i kicked him out, and till so far youve kicked half the clan, including frielink, out for those reasons, so what do you mean it wasnt your choice? Im trying to be a good vice and give our guys some games to play, and it might aswell work if craig stops posting stupid pics and starts posting about a friendly .
Youve given me alot of comments since i became vice, now my turn to say that we need a clear process to decide whos in and whos out. Would be unfair to kick only one of two people out, altough theyve both been offline for a week, and certainly if you kick the pro out. Its your clan, but i dont understand why you are determined to get our best guy out and determined to keep another guy in.

Frielink has been off for two weeks now mate, and I don't think he properly joined anyway. I'm happy to give anyone a second chance which hasn't caused trouble Stephen. Frielink is welcome here if he is online regularly mate. Please can you inbox me about issues like this in future. Thanks

Ive posted this on the forum on purpose because you thought it was nescessary to mention that it wasnt your choice to kick neil out. Frielink was offline for 7 days when i asked you to give him a while, and you said no. Can you inbox me if we have issues like this in the future instead of writing on the forum it wasnt your choice and youre sry to lose him. After all you literally typed "ok. neil is out"
