reason i think they have more is snooker is a European based site and Pool is more around the world, for example in clan match on here you rarely play anyone outside the UK unless its someone like Seb, but its more world based on pool where you see players like perfect_play and gentle_giant who are on other side of world

about members its usually snooker who has more but it can change rather quickly, snooker normally has more when the World Championships start

Today, my priority is to test/disprove this claim! I've been writing down online player amounts from both sites roughly every hour.

The only time pool seems to have more members on than snooker is in the middle of the night UK time. For most of the day, there are about 100 people more online on snooker than pool.

Yeah your stat thing above is based on one single day, your missing 364 days Seb. So technically its not snooker 1 pool 0 as the above tells us nothing for the rest of those days

True, but the reason I've done this is that I've seen this trend for many months now, so I was surprised when you said pool had more players.
I can track it for a few more days, but I think +100 for most of the day isn't just an outlier.

Snooker 1-0 Pool

When i posted the above i meant from the days that i have checked and what times i checked there was more on pool than there was on snooker. There has been a great majority of pool players switching to snooker and playing it more though (if you have noticed). Like myself, i like both sites but i do prefer pool, when i play snooker though i tend to play better on pool. For example if i have a clan game to play ill practice on snooker at the regular table or sometimes the original table so that when i go to pool there is a smaller chance i will miss the bigger pockets if you know what i mean.

but yeah normally from spring-june snooker normally has more members due to the main snooker tournaments going on seb could check everyday but thats the point? almost as bad as doing log ins manually for clan league. the best time to do it is once a month or once every 3 months.

I'll keep track for a few more days. Doesn't take a lot of work anyway.
