sean deserved to win, since he had control in 5 out of 6 frames here, with my breakoff letting me down twice!

The first frame broke my neck I think. He hit his breakoff safe and went on to hit a 70, missing frame ball. I played it flawlessly until, with the score at 67-70, I missed the last black from the spot!! Can't remember ever doing that in such a situation before...
Second frame he missed fairly early and I was on a promising break, when I potted the black and the cue ball somehow found its way into the middle pocket... nice angle though.
Third frame he hit a nice 129 after another safe breakoff.
Fourth frame I hit a 136 after a safe breakoff.
Fifth frame I tried to move a red from the cushion while potting the black. Potted the black, moved the red and the cue ball went in on a very tight angle again...
Sixth frame I was given another chance, but this time just missed an open one. Was my first real miss of the entire game, other than the black in the first frame of course.

Curious game but well deserved. He let me in in all but 1 frame, but a combination of 2 misses and a couple of harsh fouls did me in.

Wasn't mich's day to be honest. He had a couple of tough splits and threw in a few misses. Definitely should've had the second or third frame though- I left it safe from a miss and then when he got back in, his position was ruined by a bounce off the middle jaw...

I lost 5-0 in games where to be fair we were both shocking.

He got one 50 and I think that's all in the 5 games.

He had a few lucky shots but it probably wouldn't have changed much anyway haha good games pal good luck in final.
