davey thanks for the incredibly constructive comment there, but I did mention on master thread to not make comments like that.
mate, I don't need it! I know it's gonna be tough but it's even tougher when people like you try and trash the thread, I kindly ask you to stop posting on here unless completely necessary!

davey is correct about doing 1 team and getting players for that team, then get a friendly 5 V 5 or 8 V 8 against a team, to test reliability
16 players is a full team mate, and you want 3 teams?
We are all trying to give tips, because it is hard to get enough reliable players, and survive a full season in the league as a new team.
