How you put words n such over a normal pic? Powerpoint? Paint?

macromedia fireworks mate, i use a portable version long as the program has layers and you have the original PNG image (smurf sent it to me a while ago) then you can achieve this. also having the right font is important loads here http://www.dafont.com/ you just extract that font onto your desktop and put in fonts folder

once you have program open put the writing as top layer this means it will be at the front, then dollars (or custom background) then the default background last
