I have been getting hold of admins for days, trying to get them to move my premium to my permamnt account caaameron.. which was my first ever account on this game.. and now ive re made it.. ive tried to get them to switch it

1. Contacted Nick twice - no reply despite him being on 4 times.
2. Contacted 4 admins - been on 3+ times.. no reply
3. Used contact us - no reply lmfao

Maybe they are bored out of their mind with having to constantly do this for you?

Just a thought...

The reason why im peed off because i dont want to get banned for having 2 active accounts, when ive tried to sort this.

I dont see why he should get special treatment for breaking the rules. No more so than any of the rest of us.

If anything, im in a trapped situation by having 2 active accounts.. waiting for the admins to get off there backside and do it.. because i tell you now if they dont and i get banned for having 2 active accounts..

takes up to 7 days for them to get round to you now. think it used to be 3 days. add that to the fact that they are rarely online anyway lol.

Each user should have no more than ONE account. Any user that has more than one username, could have their secondary or higher usernames banned without warning. Ordinarily we will not check for multiple accounts but when any funky snooker rule is broken, we may take action against all accounts.

Posting under multiple accounts on the forum will lead to any secondary or higher usernames being banned

I think that constitutes breaking the rules.
Nobody forced you to create a second account. You made that decision yourself and since you contacted half the admin team, you clearly knew that was against the rules

Yes I have read the thread. Its well known you think you are much better than the admins on here so I think you are a bit biased.

I dont want to be a staff member on here, unlike you.


On the topic, why should he be allowed swap premium accounts?

I wouldnt have 2 freacking accounts if admins did there damn job.

All - let's calm down please.
Admins do their jobs here when they are available to do so. However, they are not online 24/7, and may have valid reasons for not replying to every question at the drop of a hat.
