Firstly this problem has been around for a few weeks now. That's a lot more than the ' matter of seconds' you mention.

Yes, best snooker site on the net by far, but you're a member remember and have that benefit of experiencing all the features such as message systems etc. The person sitting at home waiting for that emal that never comes doesn't have this knowledge and that's the whole issue here.

They will end up on a far inferior site just like you say, yet they won't know any different and in the meantime the site owner has missed out on a potential income due to an issue that should have been rectified by now.

I created another account more than 2 weeks ago now and no email received. I contacted the site via contact us on the matter, so i did 'speak up' as you say.

Where do you get your 99% figure concerning guests from? Do you know that as a hard fact or are you simply throwing numbers out without anything to back them up? Guests 'can not' use the message system!...Guests 'can not' play tournaments!...Guests 'can not' play ranked!...Guests 'can not' private message other players!...Guests can not speak in main chat or access all chat rooms.

So, with respect, guests do not know exactly what it's like before signing up as you mention, even 1% of them lol.

If anything playing as a guest gives the site a limited feel IMO. I have come on as a guest before now and there are zero games. It's only because i know to look at ranked games i can see there are actually people on the site!

You can paint it a thousand ways, simple fact is the problem needs sorting ASAP and that's not happening by all accounts or else we wouldn't be here talking about it. It's no good saying "oh well the site will still make money regardless and those that don't use contact us only have themselves to blame"

I've been asked by guests many a times how to register in the past so I'm guessing most people play as a guest first, most people will want to see what the games like first before wasting time signing up.....would you go to different game sites and sign up for every game before even trying it first? I very much doubt it..

The site will not lose members because of this problem, so chill out and relax, there are plenty of addicts on here and new people joining all the time so it will never be at a loss IMO!!!
