Yes mate, because of them! BT and talk talk cant find the problem at the exchange point... Loads of people in my area moaning about having no internet/phone! Hoping it will be fixed soon they did say this week at some point it will be fixed tho.

You get what you pay for I guess. I've seen talk talk advertising on tv £3.25 a month, so I can imagine how crap it is lol

I pay £24 a month, unlimited calls/internet lol

They're useless, get on sky or virgin! When my contract at BT has done I'm going on virgin..

Mine has been down for over 20days! No phone or net, i have complained so much to talk talk even rang BT asking to see what the problem was, they say exchange point crashed/fault and hundreds was ringing in!
I said am not paying the bill they said we will give u 2months free for the trouble as this 3rd time in 2 years its been almost a month down!

@budweiser a few years back I kept on getting an intermittent fault went on for 4 months - I hated it
Ended up being a small wire in a local junction box not connected properly so making contact sometimes and not others they fixed it in about 5 mins when they found out what it was !!

Hey graee, care to fix mine? Mine has been over 20days no net/phone! They did fix it for about 30minutes tho few days back... But its just probs them playing a trick on me flicking a switch on and off haha
