Problem when loading Funky

Hi guys. I got a new hard drive for my laptop and since I have my funky snooker will not load. It's stuck on the screen where the Java loading circle is going round and round and never loads. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Java but no good. Any help would be much appreciated,
