Age 21 and no public drinking. Depends on the state though (some say public drinking at all, some have no open container laws, etc)
And no, you can't just carry guns around for fun lol. You need a special permit to carry concealed weapons in New York.

central park is in scunthorpe and its nothing like the one in new York. Got loads of homeless people who sit in 1 corner with there bottles of cider and there is more litter then there is grass.lol
