it was 3-2 to me, i was playing worse and worse and in the 6th game he was already on 5 points when i fluked and then did a 6 run which actually turned the game in my favor. But if he was a little bit more consistent in his playing and/or i wasn't that lucky it wouldn't be surprise davey to take it.

The Final is here featuring defending champion adam_147 versus the challenger etarvt lets look how they got to the finals...
judging by the progress so far the challenger is the favourite to win however the champion has surpassed perhaps his toughest tournament yet.
This will prove to be a classic battle of the modern era.

Highest Run one of these needs a 12 to be the new leader, the award is with heart_beat with 11 right now
Golden Cue etarvt has a 4 run advantage over adam and derry thats a huge advantage.

Adam was involved in the biggest group stage with elites kaison, mich and cue_power he finished third, the second stage he had the toughest group with etarvt and alex adam finished 2nd here
Etarvt was involved in group C and went on a like 6 win streak only dropping one frame, the second stage he had the toughest group with adam and alex etarvt finished 1st here

That 4 run GC advantage is a killer. I had 3 4s against jack, was nearly screaming haha.

Started yesterday, etarvt won the first frame and then I disconnected when the server crashed in the 2nd and etarvt had hit a 5 run from the break. We agreed to replay it.
We continued today, within 20 minutes I was 5-0 up (so 5-1). Suddenly I started missing everything and etarvt started making everything, including some absolutely unbelievable cushion first shots and it was suddenly 5-3 (5-4). Fortunately for me I hit a couple of decent runs in the next frame and got 6 clear and et couldn't quite make up the difference.
As it was 6-4, I'm happy to count that unplayed frame yesterday as one for etarvt so he can have the extra 5+ for the golden cue and call it 6-5, up to dgen as the runner.

ggs v wp mate, very high standard as is clear by the fact the first 6 frames were over in 25 minutes today!

you played great mate. the truth is that you killed me in the first 3 frames. then you slowed down the tempo a bit but I couldn't manage to get over immediately and you took 2 more frames. After that it was just a matter of time to win the match. Truly deserved win and high-class performance from you. Congrats!
