Ladies and gentlemen, its back!

There are 24 players which will be placed into 4 groups of 6. The top 4 players in their groups will go through, the bottom four will go out!

Format: You will play each person in your group. You play 2 frames so you will win/loss 2-0 or draw 1-1. After every player has played eachother in their group, they can then start playing them all again as each opponent will be played twice. A win gets you 3 points, a draw gets you 1 point and a loss earns you no points.

The last 16 will be sorted into 4 groups of 4 with the top 2 players making it through to the last 8, and the bottom 2 will be going out.

Format: same as group stage BUT you will play race to 2 frames and scoring is 1 point per frame.

Golden Cue Award (GCA) -
The GCA is a side competition, like the golden boot at the world cup. The player who hits the most runs of 5+ (in sorting i will favour 10+ over 5+) will win the award.

There is also a Highest Run Award (HRA), given to the player with the highest run..would you believe it!

So post all runs of 5+ with your results.

In the event that two players finish on level points, then it will be decided by frame difference, if this is the same then you will play a head to head game in a race to 2 frames. This will only occur when they are competing for qualification.

hmm some tough groups..lol

can start playing when you like, lets try and get 1st leg done by 2 weeks

most of mine should be played quickly as i see most of them on alot.. only one i dont see is rank_stinger but shouldnt be hard..

group B looks like the hardest group.

check around carom tournies mate, most come online at that time (except etarvt who i rarely see at night)

tough group for them all really, would say group D is easiest but you have people roughly same skill level so its as hard as the rest
