yup once a moderator accepted a pic with pokemon on it as they didn't know it then i saw it and told admin to remove it.

ive never played worms so i would either accept it (as i didn't know) or wait for another mod to accept it.

If you think about it though every single pic in the world is just about copyrighted (even my scorpion pic which i recoloured). all depends on the moderator at the time and if one feels its against rules then they would inform admin who makes final choice
