what if he doesnt reactivate? can't another player be subbed in to complete the fixture?

To sub another player into a game that's started, you would have to permanently remove jcapam from the team (on the team changes thread). That means he's gone for good.
After you've done that, you can sub another player in to finish off the last frame (the opposing team has to agree!).

If (khukuri) wants he can replay them! I might prefer it actually, if he has time. Up to him.

i doubt alex would start from 0-0, i wouldn't.

Have a look at this if you get some free time, the voting is quite long and may take around 15 minutes.. The more people that vote the better it will be since less chance of voting for friends etc.. Try not to be bias and vote for just people from this clan as that wouldn't be fair.
