james i have no problem with you making a decision if i have not been online for a day or something,

but i dont expect to sign in after a few hours to see my team being changed it just makes me being captain seem rather pointless if thats how its going to work.

there was no rush for the sub, and then you made an incorrect sub anyways so like i say id rather it was left to me.
