The guy who is been accused of it was crying in court so it said on news today.

On another note some guy in a blacked out BMW tried to abduct an 11 year old girl in scunthorpe today just round corner from my house.

i hope this guy gives up the information on where little April is... then when he gets life.. hes beaten within an inch of his life. When he recovers from that, hes beaten again. I hope this is what the rest of his life is like.

me too i feel for her parents and shes still not found :(

why dont they beat him to find out what what hes done with her? surely that would do the trick?

is been proven nerdz,,, they found her DNA in his jeep.. he did it

its definately him otherwise he wudnt be on remand lol..

they must have alot of evidence cos aparrantly its usually strange to charge without a body so summit has been found

Yes.. thats why they arrested him and charged him with her murder.

Last I heard he hadn't admitted anything. He said he understood the charges. Things may have changed since then as I've not been following it that closely, but they are two very different things.

From what I gathered last week, the guy is ex-military and if he has done this, will have planned it meticulously beforehand. The DNA for example is already explained by the fact he is a family friend and will have had April in his car many times before her disappearance. So there goes the chances of pinning the murder to him on them grounds.

If they find her body then the case will unravel around him.

The fact is though that April was seen getting into his van by other children on the estate. That has to count for something.

Amazing just how little impact CCTV has on these cases.

As for people saying the guy should be killed, tortured etc etc... I can't disagree more. The guy should be locked away for a long long time and every effort should be made to rehabilitate him. Along the way no doubt he is going to have a few people who make his life a misery and prison officers will look the other way and let it happen. Can't say he doesn't deserve a few of those. It might even help him along.

I dont think child killers can be re-habilitated tbh. Once they have done it, theres no going back. He HAS ADMITTED killing her, and i hope he gets what he deserves... a life of mysery and PAIN for the rest of his natural life.
