First few days I could barely lift my arms up to shampoo my hair Now I'm feeling a lot stronger. I've managed to double the amount of reps I do per sitting on the chest and shoulder press. I'm going for definition as I've already got the strength so building muscle would be pointless for me. Dropped a stone of fat in just under 2 weeks lol but it's starting to level out as the muscle is building back up. Looking better, but I'm gonna undo it all on Friday and Saturday when I go out with Matty lol. You free Saturday night by chance Pete? Going to an all you can eat meat, Brazilian restaurant in Birmingham.
