Its been a long day

There are no false accusations from ex_sniper. He said "cheaters never win and winners never cheat". (or vice versa, I'm not going back to check).

A) This is a quote from a book.
B) It wasn't aimed at anyone

and

C) If you are trying to claim it was aimed at Sarah, you need to read it more carefully. Dave summed it up perfectly, Sarah won the game, and if winners never cheat, he couldn't possibly be accusing her of cheating.

As for the other posts by sniper, sarah, etc, saying "he said I cheated" isn't really a problem. The accusations of cheating were either in PM or in the game room, I have no idea which, and I can't do anything about that. If I removed every post where someone moaned about something that someone else said then the forums would be empty.

Yours was the only one with a direct accusation of cheating, and so I had to remove it. I will let your other one stand, as it only implies bad sportsmanship and I can't prove you were trying to say that. That was the only post to have crossed that line though.

As for it being factually correct, factually correct has never allowed naming and shaming!

Two reasons I suspect..one .because there was naming but actually nothing to be ashamed of ..

Dave, which post of snipers? I can only see one apart from the "winners" one, and that is saying on behalf of his clanmate that he is new here and doesn't know what people do. I'm slightly confused as well through this as there appears to be 2 different tappings being mentioned/referred to, one being a deliberate foul out of a snooker, the other being a roll up into the reds. One is against clan rules, the other is fine, just boring . I assumed from the way it sounded that sniper was referring to rolling into the pack. 'pushing out' is the normal term for a deliberate foul, saving the ambiguity with tapping (ie rolling into the pack)

The issue is there was no push out in the game ..anybody who has played sarah knows that would never happen and she very very rarely taps either.

It looked more like an attempt to disrupt the flow of the game shall we say..especially as a claim was made of a screenshot ..which has never appeared..just seems no need for it thats all.

And he is new is he .ok ..

Anyway thats best all left behind now and we shall all play on in a sportsmanslike manner.

Screenshot would prove nothing either haha. Even with a before and after, any amateur with photoshop could move the cue ball to wherever they wanted. Especially if they used a solid cloth colour, not the one which gets lighter towards the middle .

^^^ Just to prove my point. The chat box at the bottom will show I moved that ball myself, but if I wanted to, I could edit that too .

as i said to adam in a pm, i just found the removal of a 100% true post frustrating - to me the unsportsmanlike people on here always get away with it - how can you ever "prove" anything? Anyway, enough said on the matter, as long as adam does what he said he'd do, then that'll do for me.

By the way, I lost my match against irish_ninja 4-2. A great wee matchplayer and a top bloke too - sorry guys
