I conceded the game sarah remember..or does that no count for some reason. I cant take it back, so unless league runners say didfferent.

first of all you ant concede frames , secondly you not posted that you were going to concede the frame were not mindreaders and thirdy when dave mentioned it you replied back why would i do that for

Sniper you cannot concede frames as...

a) its not really fair on other teams
b) people can get warned for conceding

you chose to keep danny in team despite the posts from Seb he said this is not reversable so you need to play last frame. If game heads for defaults send forum posts to Seb but i know where my point would be at the minute

The points everyone seems to be missing is....

a) their player left with one frame unplayed if it was 4-1 and deactivated

b) the final frame was played...in good faith by Beth and Sniper...as if it was a bona fide clan game and under clan game conditions

c)it was their clan captain who made the error in not posting the correct substitution.

d)this could cost both teams 7 bonus points assuming the other games get played.

So in conclusion you might have thought common sense would prevail..a simple sorry from sniper and a simple acceptance that the result can stand..and 2 or 3 pages of "banter" could have been avoided.
It may only be one frame which no doubt will be given anyway...but its the principle that matters..
Why make things difficult when simple cooperation would get thing done.

Makes you wonder why people bother with clans sometimes..

Life can be so straightforward ...if people only committed , cooperated and compromised.

I don't see that anywhere. But he has since been removed and other players have been added.

But since nobody was removed at the time, ghostface was never added.

b) If we start to allow these exceptions from the rules (that everyone knows about), then we'll soon have a heap of trouble with people accusing us of favoring some over others.
I posted everything on the thread at the time- the player had to be removed for the sub to be valid.
I know it seems like a technicality, but if I ignore the rules here, I will have to ignore them in other cases as well, which is not a good path.

c) The error wasn't the wrong substitution (that wouldn't have been a problem) but that the player he was subbing in for had not been removed. And he clearly did not want to remove that player, so the sub was invalid.

d)Theoretically. Or, as has been the case several times before, only one team may get the bonus points.

Well nobody told me when i posted that i conceded, so i didnt know to play Beth again. Will try..im off for now tho..will be back in town maybe 4 hours from now or so.

I didnt remove danny glover becuase i wanted to give hm 2 more days..i needed a vice..and had nobody at the time..now i do.l Now im good.

I logged in and finished playing dvz... I wont be playing any games for a while, literally useless atm and need to give it a break.

Probably lack of playing causes it slatty..i find if i don't play much it goes a wee bit off..just need to play a few games to find your rythymn again
