Sorry chaps to be deserting again, but the clans seems a bit headless and I don't see it competing in the clan league.

All clans need someone driving it and a presence to keep it going.like Davey , Adam , Seb, etc...this one hasn't got that anymore anymore.

Slatty is more on pool these days , although he has done a fine job with Allstarz , Sarah is on a break , Carsten gone....so looks like only linny driving it reluctantly...the killer turnout also says it all I fear.

Hopefully someone will come along and steer it back up again .

I am not on as much as I used to be either...so reluctantly I bid you all farewell and good luck.

I feel the same way as Kili, i am new here so i did give it a few days but there does not seem like much going on at all. The odd post here and there from two people max and that is about it. Sorry Slats x

Anyone who knows me knows that, although I'm far from a great player, I've given 100% loyalty to Allstarz over the last couple of years - rollercoaster times but overall very enjoyable.

It's with an extremely heavy heart that I have to say that it very much looks like the end of the road for Allstarz. The very heart of our team has been ripped out by the likes of kili, carsten and particulary sarahh (who's been in it with me from pretty much the start) all leaving recently.

Slatty (who pulled us back from the brink before and is an absolute gem of a guy) and myself have busy family/work filled lives away from here and can't really give more than we do.

Unless Slats has a magic wand, then I truly feel that this is the end of the road.

"Professionals built the Titanic but amateurs built the Allstarz " - we managed to keep her afloat for a little longer and there was plenty of fun onboard but, alas, all good things come to an end.

I'm no more on pool than I am here. I'm just not around much at all. My job is getting more and more stressful and demanding. and my little girl is growing up fast, im not willing to miss it running around making sure everyone is getting their games done.

It appears we have too many players that just don't use the forum enough...

I'm saddened to see it come to this but I have been hoping to step down from captancy for seasons now. I have feared that the clan folding is the only way that is going to happen.

I suggest those that want to play in this seasons clan league go clan hunting quickly...

Id like to thank those that have stayed loyal and hope that the clan folding doesn't end our friendships. Good luck all wherever you go and a big shout to linny who deserves big praise for all his efforts over the years.

Note to rival clans; I won't be joining anyone for the foreseeable future. I've lost my mojo on here and pool and have no will to get it back ATM.

Hi guys, I think lots of us saw this coming from the beginning of the friendlies.
It's unfortunate to see the longest-running clan go, but I think this will free up a lot of players who weren't really that into it anymore and needed more time for other things.

I'll keep looking here to see if anything changes, but I'll make the necessary changes on Monday if you don't let me know otherwise.

If you do fold, all Allstarz players will be free agents and can join other clans in the league.

After a long + hard think, and although it might feel strange, I'm making myself availalbe to other clans - if anyone's interested, drop me a message.

Is the general consensus really to pack this all in? It would be a shame - I know I've never been the most vocal on the forums but I'm up for giving this a proper go if there is anybody else who is serious about giving me a hand (or give somebody else a hand)?
