impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a funkysnooker.com official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

So in summary, if u can find a way of proving he is impersonating you, i.e if he meassages someone saying he's you, or starts to divulge your personal details he is in breach of terms of service.

On another note, in same sections of TOS

You agree to not use the Service to:

"stalk" or otherwise harass another;

So realistically if you send a complaint of what you would call ''harrasment'' your problems should be solved.

Well, like i posted previously, if your not happy and feel agrieved by it, send a complaint and explain the issue. Providing you have reasonable grounds i see no reason for the member to be dealt with as per TOS. Thats what the TOS are for after all.

The initial post was can anything be done, the answer is simple..yes.Apparently unless i have got the wrong end of the stick i'm getting questioned for posting TOS. Sorry for trying to be helpful, but i thought saying yes and explaining the reasons something can be done would be more helpful than saying no, as had been done in posts prior to mine in this thread.

Obviously some people don't look up the TOS otherwise the thread wouldn't have been created initially and more people would have posted yes something can be done, including admin and mods. Sorry if this sounds like im questioning staffs credentials but it appears my initial help was questioned so i feel obliged to respond.

Appologies again, i'll just stay quiet in future.
