true but snipers are poor in core just like the shotguns.

FAL with Automatic Fire generally takes half a clip to kill someone (in Hardcore it takes 2 shots max, in core its like 5 or 6).

been shooting sentries with Stinger and number didn't move, and keep getting double kills with RPG (latest is Double Kill on B Flag on Turbine at the start).

any ideas how to do these?

question for you Jack, with Balistic Knife do you have to shoot for kill to count or can you stab them as well?
