An idea I stole from the mighty clooneman from pool...

Basically, there are multiple tiers/levels, the amount depending on how many players join, and and each tier/level consists of 3 players.

The players in a level will play each other once, in a game which consists of 1 game of Arcade, Regular, Original, Carom and Power.

Whoever has the most points when all has been played goes up a level.

Whoever has the least amount of points, drops a level.

You get a week to play your games, but if you haven't played your games, you get a default score chosen by the amount of effort made to play.

3 default scores, and you are removed from the tournament, you can re-enter, but from the bottom tier.

You may join at any time, and when there are 3 more players, another tier will be made

Should be easy to run, and a whole load of fun.
