And what kind of treatment are you getting now? As far as i can see, the staff have had little or no contact with yourself, apart from your random post on this thread.
All complaint's are treated fairly, if your on about banning, numerous premium members have been banned for breaking rules, so it doesn't make any sort of exemption if you are a paying member. Cheating is complex, and not the case, of "oh i think that player is cheating", alot of thought and evidence needs to be behind it otherwise there is no proof or reason to reset/ban
From what I can gather, if you're not a premium rate member,
it seems you're treatment is in general going to be totally
different to the paying members and the whole attitude towards
your complaints as a non premium rate member either get ignored,
or made out to be something it isn't. Well...I tell you..I've not experienced ANY evidence of even why I would want to even think
about becoming a premium member of this site. If this is the kind of treatment I'm getting now, well I certainly am not going to be paying for the privilege, put it that way!
To be honest, this site does have good points to it as well; and it does have the "potential" to be a great Snooker site; but as it stands from what I've experienced of it over the years, it's cons certainly outweigh the pro's; which is a shame, but then like everything, off here and otherwise, always has to turn out to be a right disappointment.

cc13, I can confirm that, as a premium member, whenever I seek admin attention it is ignored just as indiscriminately as when you request, there is no bias in our favour.

It's not my job to explain to site owners/admins/mods etc. how you can find contacts I've made to you, that's your job to find them.
What I can say is that on several occasions, at peak times, including this week, it's been appropriate to report behaviour that steps beyond acceptable boundaries, and without fail nothing happens.

This would be incorrect, obviously there is at times that there is no staff online, however if a complaint is made then action is taken, this can range from simply a note added to a players account to a ban of that player. By you sending complaints, that's not classed as us physically talking to you.
Alot of members don't really understand the decisions we have to make, alot of them are easy, alot of them are hard. If i was to ban everyone for making one offence, then half the site would be banned, maybe even more.

yeah sam, revenge and cloone are exempt since they have helped me out alot in the past. all it takes for me is an offline message and those tend to respond quickly.
its the inactive admin i worry about such as katie and luckypot (unsure on spinns).
