Hi,

I believe hitting 11 cushions in Carom is possible! I've tried on many many attempts! This is the closest I've been and although its hard to see but if it had rolled literally 2 more pixels I would of hit 11 cushions. Its the white ball in this image I'm trying to hit the 11th cushion and the 10th is where the 10 is (obviously).

Although hitting 11 cushions doesn't accomplish anything it puts my myth of being possible to bed.

For tips if you want to try this. Don't use any spin, Don't hit any ball and hitting side to side (up and down on screen) won't get you anywhere close ;)

Had 5 10's in a row and was at best 2 or 3 pixels short

It is possible, chase475 did it against me.

10s are easy....

I believe it is possible. I've been very close on a few occasions. If you can get the 10th hit as close to the corner as possible then you have a really good chance of getting it.

Although I'm pretty sure You have done it, But where is the 10 and why is the 1's in 11 different Not trying to dispute a claim for doing it. well sort of am. lol.

One last thing, how did the white bounce of the side where the yellow is? I doubt you came of the top side cushion and then onto the bottom. As the location of 11 suggest this isn't possible.

I dont know why a line stays where the 10 came up, does it do it to anyone else?

10 disappeared, the white ball was over the 11, so i had to wait a bit to print the screen.

your tip that you don't have to hit a ball is completely wrong :)

also, im better at carom than at drawing

Done 11 3 times in 52 shots, too easy . Don't think 12 can be done.

Proves that the half hour I spent at uni jotting down equations to find the optimal method of doing it was well spent . Good job I don't have a deadline for my Masters dissertation tomorrow... .
