hows this work then !!

Just started to play an Arcade game with puddleducker and it was my break and i broke and left me perfect on the black for what i thurt a desent break then puddleducker left the room and it come on the bottom of the screen puddleducker desided not 2 play and no points were deducted from this player so how did that work is it a cheat or what ??

No cheat, and you must have missed the announcement as the points were added and deducted correctly.

Do remember everyone can see your results....

Maybe it's the reason why players are able to call frame when they're on the black. Fouling is another way of 'calling frame'? maybe?

Edit: And you can call frame at 8 points ahead or more, but by your logic you're thinking they shouldn't be able to call frame when they are less than 14 points ahead because they only need to foul once in order for you to come back to the table and win, right?
