maybe so but then wouldnt tournaments be dead otherwise and isnt that the point for it to be challenging even if they are a newbie.

When we were newbies we werent allowed in tournaments!

All they have to do is lose their newbie tag, its only 30 games.

Or scrap the whole newbie thing altogether.

It kind of annoys me too, but then again, random tournaments and carom tournaments were always a bit rubbish as no one really could enter them as a lot of people only play arcade.
