I've played on the site for around 7 months now and I'm not a great player by any means. But recently some people have accused me of cheating. Only when they are losing of course but his confuses me as i don't see how it's possible to cheat.

Someone once said to me i was using "the cheat". Others just said i was "a cheat". Whilst tonight someone said "stupid download cheats are ruining this site" then left the game when effectively beaten.

As it's happened a few times now I'm wondering is there people who 'cheat' whilst playing? Or are these people just kidding themselves? I would hope that with 4k+ games behind me i could play well once in a while. But having lost 2.3k+ of those I'm surprised i could be a suspect

There are no cheats for download for funky. It would be very obvious very soon. So no need to worry- anybody who's won a few games on here has been accused of cheating every once in a while.

I get accused of cheating all the time. It's just the burden of being a funkysnooker genius I guess. *shrugs*

Their has been a known form of cheating.

From what i can remember, if you had the correct software etc, you could download 'lines' for the game table, so if you were taking a shot, the lines would guide you to the pocket, so every pot was more or less guaranteed.

There is always one, this coming from a player who has 92 wins to 10 losses. Wind your neck in...

There is no known cheat for snooker or pool (admin could confirm this i think). Ice that maybe so but any decent player on here or pool would use the dots on the cushions to guide there shots for angles and what not. That is how i started out when on pool and used the same method on snooker. It does work but does take time.

Damn i never noticed the dots. Time to put the ruler into retirement.

As has been stated by several members, there are no cheats for Funky Snooker / Funkpool.
