I raised this ages ago and thought I'd repeat the request.

Could the current system, being that you loose the table if you turn down a challenge, be changed so you keep the table - not have the guy you turned down take it.

Can't see any reason why it was set up like this originally.

Just means you have to go off and greate a new one, no big deal but why should you have to.

I'll play virtually anyone, but there are some instances when I choose not to and it seems I'm penalized.

If you're wondering, I just try to avoid the dreaded re-setters, ppl who only play one frame and run, ppl who show 29 frames played with a high break of 124 - makes me suspicious.

I've played over 5k frames - for fun, it's nice to win but why do ppl take it so seriously.

My rank swings 70 points on a weekly basis that's half the enjoyment.

If they want to play and you don't then table should be theres, if you just play for fun then you would play them.

I play for fun but in my opinion ppl who re-set aren't playing in the spirit of the game by having an incorrect rank.

I play fair and am not interested in playing, even for fun, these ppl who for reasons i'll neve understand feel in neccessary to re-set.

Right or wrong it's my choice and I don't see why I should forfeit the table to them.

i agree with you frag. when i am in a billard hall and somebody challenges me i would never give up the table aswell if i dont play him

Resetting is still playing fair, if it wasn't then you would not be allowed to do it. Some people don't take it so seriously remember, as for incorrect ranks there is nothing in correct about it, you lose to a "newbie" you will lose small points for getting out played, lose to a similar rank to you "non newbie" and you will loss at least four points for getting out played.

This re-setting. Why do people do it?

Some people like to challenge themselves and/or others. See how much rank they can reach in 24 hours, try for 100% wins over a certain number of games, etc etc.

All are perfectly valid ways of enjoying the site
