i agree with all oppinions, but surely there must be a way that one player goes through. what happens if this occurs in a final, both get DQ and tourney points awarded

hi , i have played the arcade topsy turvey on wensday and tonight friday ,i reached the final both times only to have my opponents waste time when it comes down to the last minutes . the first guy needed snookers with just the colors left and he did not even play for them , he just let the clock run down to the last second before he took his shot and would just roll up to a ball . the second guy needed snookers with 2 reds left on the table and the black left over the pocket, when it came down to 3 mins left i just opened up the 2 reds to leave him on but he dident even try to pot them , just put them safe again.
now tell me what is the point in playing a tournament for over an hour only for things like this to happen.something should be done.
why not change to a 10 second when it comes down to 3 mins left, or give the person who needs snookers just 3 attempts to pot a ball or they will forfeit the match.

and i know i cant name names but if you go in to tournament results , you will be able to see who i was talking about

I have to say mate that in this case it's purely down to funky, a best of 1 final is simply ridiculous.
I know its called topsy turvey but just like you say, what is the point in playing a tourney all night to in the end decide trough a lottery who wins the tourney and who gets nothing but a very small amount of tournapoints.
If the final would be best of 5 too then at least your DQ-DQ would have never happened as there would be simply too much time to try and time your opponent out.

sawasdee upgrade ur broadband or stop playing,, every time people play u they mysteriously have game problems.. I think you'll find you are the common denominator . sort it out

Sorting broadband dear chap where I live is not that easy. I don't know why it needs sorting anyway. It's not that bad.

However lets just take your opinion and open it up slightly more...you have asked me to sort broadband out or stop playing......what do you say to someone with good broadband who blatantly connects and disconnects as the player named in earlier forum posts did? Do you suggest they should carry on cheating or stop playing also?
