Given the success of the speed tourny's over on Funkpool, how about something similar here?

Arcade snooker would obviously be best suited to this.

1 frame with 10 second shots, but maybe 8 minutes a game rather than the 4 used on pool.

Obviously things could be open to abuse by people stalling to get a double DQ, so obviously this would benifit from the already suggested idea of the person with the most points advancing if time runs out...

15 seconds on arcade snooker is a total nightmare nevermind 10!

But it would be good for a laugh.

well pool is a lot easier and you dont need as much time as you do playing shots on snooker - so not sure whether they would be as successful over here. I don't like 10 second games in arcade

Lets hope so, i have mentioned before that tournaments every three hours would be most suitable:

12pm
3pm
6pm
9pm
12am...and so on.

i don't think there should be tournaments at 3 am and 6 am because hardly anyone is on.

Well, look at Funkypool before the US games were created, am tournies were very quiet.

Plus we need to have tournaments in the early hours, think of our fellow overseas players.

no that is abit OTT. tournaments running through the night!?... having tournament wins on your profile will hardly be an achievement when a tourny at like 3am could have 3 or 4 people in it lol... overseas players? there arent many overseas players lets face it

every day - the extra one at 4 to stop the ones at 8 getting full so quickly all the time
